The Migali® C-CB48 refrigerated chef base features a refrigerated drawer section with capacity for up to (15) 1/6th size pans and supports up to 717 lbs of countertop cooking equipment. It is equipped with a robust forced air refrigeration system for consistent cold temperatures and includes a digital controller for improved temperature management.
