The Migali® C-CB72 refrigerated chef base features a refrigerated drawer section capable of storing up to (24) 1/6th size pans and supports up to 1,084 lbs of countertop cooking equipment. It is equipped with a forced air refrigeration system for consistent cold temperatures and includes a digital controller for improved temperature management.
