The Migali® C-CB72-76 refrigerated chef base features a refrigerated drawer section capable of storing up to (24) 1/6th size pans and an extended 76” top that supports up to 1,084 lbs of cooking equipment. It is equipped with a forced air refrigeration system for consistent cold temperatures and includes a digital controller for precise temperature management.
